WebSync (Desktop)

What it is: A Draftworx-hosted cloud storage service for Draftworx Desktop client files, enabling multiple users to access the same files from different locations and providing off-site backup.

What it's for

By default, Draftworx Desktop stores client files on a local machine or a firm's internal server. WebSync moves those files to a Draftworx-managed cloud server so that multiple staff members can work on the same client file without being on the same network, and so that the firm has an automatic off-site backup.

How to do it

Register

• Email support@draftworx.com to register for WebSync and receive login credentials.
• After registering, existing client files remain in their current location until you transfer them to WebSync.

Access WebSync clients

1. On the Main Client List screen, select WebSync Clients.
2. Enter your WebSync login details and select Login to view and open WebSync-hosted files.
