Saving the Annual Financial Statements (Desktop) ​

What it is: The process of exporting or saving a completed set of Annual Financial Statements from Draftworx Desktop as a printed document, PDF, or Word file.

What it's for ​

Once the AFS are finalised, you need to deliver or archive them. Draftworx Desktop supports printing directly to a printer, saving as a standard PDF, a locked (non-editable) PDF, or an encrypted PDF, and exporting as a Word document or external file.

How to do it ​

Print ​

  1. On the Preview screen, navigate to Print and use the printer drop-down to select your printer.

Save as PDF ​

  1. From the save options, choose PDF, Locked PDF, or Encrypted PDF depending on the required security level.

Save as Word or external file ​

  1. Navigate to Save As to save the AFS within Draftworx, as an external file, or as a Word document.
