Practice Settings (Cloud)
What it is: A central area in Draftworx Cloud where practice administrators can manage billing, practice details, default financial statement settings, and security options.
What it's for
Practice Settings is the administration hub for your practice. You update your practice's details here (which flow through to your financial statements and invoices), top up credits, set defaults for Annual Financial Statements, and control security features like two-factor authentication.
How to do it
Accessing Practice Settings
- Select the Gear icon in the top right of your screen.
- Select Practice Settings.
Alternative: If you cannot see the Gear icon, select your Practice Name in the top right of the screen to access the same menu.
What each section contains
- Practice Information — top up your account with a voucher, instant EFT, or credit card. See Adding Prepaid Credits (Cloud) for the full payment steps.
- Practice Details — update your practice name, address, and contact details. This information automatically populates into your Annual Financial Statements and Draftworx tax invoices.
- Financial Statements — set default options that apply to all Annual Financial Statements produced by the practice.
- Two Factor Authentication (2FA) — enable two-factor authentication for all users in the practice. See Two-Factor Authentication (Cloud) for more detail.
