Appearance
Using the Checklist (Desktop)
What it is: An internal reference tool embedded in the AFS that lists the disclosure and regulatory requirements relevant to the engagement, with direct links to the corresponding notes and accounting policies.
What it's for
The Checklist helps the compiler confirm that the AFS meets all mandatory disclosure requirements under the applicable standard or legislation. It is maintained and updated by Draftworx as standards change, so users always have a current compliance reference. It does not print — it is a working tool for the compiler only.
How to do it
- Open the Checklist from the AFS content list.
- Use CTRL+F to search for a specific topic, standard section, or term.
- Open the Grouping to expand and read the relevant section.
- Select a blue hyperlink to navigate directly to the related accounting policy or disclosure note.
- Before printing or saving the final AFS, remove the Checklist from Content so it is excluded from the output.
