Adding Prepaid Credits (Cloud) ​

What it is: The process of topping up your practice's prepaid credit balance so you can continue opening and working on client engagements.

What it's for ​

Draftworx Cloud operates on a prepaid credit system. When your credits run low you need to purchase more to keep working. You can pay immediately online (by credit card or instant EFT) or request a voucher to pay by manual bank transfer and redeem the credits once payment clears.

How to do it ​

Paying by credit card or instant EFT (Pay Now) ​

  1. Go to your client list screen.
  2. Click the gear icon in the top right of the screen.
  3. Click Practice Settings.
  4. Click Pay Now.
  5. Confirm that your email address is correct and enter the number of credits you wish to purchase in the Prepaid Credits field.
  6. Choose your payment method:
    • Credit Card — enter your card details and click Pay to complete the transaction.
    • Instant EFT — click Instant EFT and follow the steps on the Ozow payment portal.
  7. Once payment is confirmed, your updated credit balance will appear in the top right of your screen next to your practice name.

Requesting a voucher (EFT bank transfer) ​

Use this option if you would prefer to pay by manual electronic bank transfer. You request a voucher first, pay by EFT using the banking details provided, then redeem the voucher to claim your credits.

  1. Go to your client list screen.
  2. Click the gear icon in the top right of the screen.
  3. Click Practice Settings.
  4. Click Request Voucher.
  5. Confirm that your email address is correct and enter the number of credits you wish to purchase in the Voucher Amount field.
  6. Click Request Voucher.
  7. You will receive an email with the banking details and a payment reference. Make the EFT payment using that reference, then send your proof of payment to the email address indicated.
  8. Once the accounts team has processed your payment, you will receive a second email containing a Voucher Number.
  9. To redeem the voucher, return to Practice Settings (steps 1–3) and click Pay by Voucher, then enter your voucher number.
