Checklist (Cloud)

What it is: A built-in compliance checklist in the Annual Financial Statements that lists all disclosure requirements for the chosen reporting framework and Companies Act.

What it's for

The Checklist ensures that every required disclosure for the chosen reporting framework (IFRS, IFRS for SMEs, or FRS UK) and ISA reporting requirements, plus Companies Act obligations, has been addressed before the AFS is finalised. It is included in all Financials+ framework templates.

How to do it

Using the Checklist

  1. Open the Annual Financial Statements. For new client engagements the Checklist sheet is open by default and is the first sheet displayed.
  2. If the Checklist is not visible, activate it via the Content Tab (see Show, Hide and Move Sheets on the Content Tab).
  3. Review the checklist to see the specific reporting requirements grouped by section or Act.
  4. Blue hyperlinks next to certain items indicate the corresponding disclosure in the AFS. Click a hyperlink to navigate directly to that section.
  5. When you follow a hyperlink, the AFS jumps to the relevant disclosure so you can confirm it has been completed.
