Senior Manager and Partner Password (Desktop)

What it is: A role-based password system that grants senior staff, managers, and partners the ability to edit locked cells and mark sections of the AFS as reviewed or partner-reviewed.

What it's for

Certain cells on the Annual Financial Statements are locked to prevent accidental edits by junior staff. Managers and partners need their own Draftworx password to unlock those cells and to formally approve sections through the review workflow (Reviewed by Manager / Partner Reviewed). The firm's partner requests these passwords directly from Draftworx support.

How to do it

Request the password

• The firm's partner emails support@draftworx.com to request the Manager and/or Partner passwords.

Log in with the password

1. Select the Draftworx Icon in the top navigation area.
2. Select Login.
3. Enter the Password and select OK.
4. Once logged in, you can edit locked cells and mark sections as Reviewed (Manager Password) or Partner Reviewed (Partner Password).
